All linen and towels included in rent. Special reductions available at certain times of the year for all accommodation booked on-line. One cot and highchair is in the property, but we ask you to supply your own cot linen. Reservations available from any day of the week - minimum 3 days throughout the year except Christmas and New Year (weekly bookings only). We do allow well behaved dogs, however a 20.00 charge will be levied on arrival. Water is from a private supply.
